Accidental Legend

In the late Ching Dynasty, political corruption and natural disasters plagued the land. The suffering people wandered amidst uprising forces, religious sects and whatever groups they could find shelter in. To settle this nuisance, the government set up reservations in a remote wasteland and called it " thief villages." Each year the villages choose a few people to be imprisoned. This year, Xia-Dou and Ji-Dan have been chosen. (BIFF)
