Anti-war movie almost becomes pro 'killer pilot' propaganda. The story shifts so much that it's almost difficult to follow it's real message. Shows the cruelties of war, but turns formula for entertainment reasons instead of becoming anything meaningful like The Last Flight (1931) and The Dawn Patrol (1930 & 1938). Richard Dix is bearable, but none of the others delivers above just reading their lines. Cute animals though!
