Adieu Galaxy Express 999

While not as epic as the first film it is a worthy finale to the Galaxy Express 999 saga.

Interesting and different, maybe a bit lengthy for the content but enjoyable none the less. The glass girls affection for the boy was forced hilariously for how little she knew of him, And how the boy became so important to the plot......... happenstance? why must she "stay with the boy" at all? THIS boy in particular? but overall, worth a watch if you got nothing to do for a while.

Bro some of the animation in this movie was nutso! Especially for a movie older than I am. The machine city at the end was like some kind of evil version of Coruscant or something way before Phantom Menace; I was really impressed by how much creepy, elaborate detail was on screen. The harvesting humans depiction was also pretty chilling, kinda similar to The Matrix but not what you expect from an animated movie with kid protagonist. Down rated it just a little for deus ex machina climax.

A total rehash of the first movie, which was already extremely uninteresting.

Good sequel.
