Adventures of the Flying Cadets (1943) is an economical serial from Universal Pictures. But because they keep it simple these 13-episodes of action was easy to follow. Focused compared to the usual serial mess one often gets. Very few gimmicks and everybody plays it serious. While a little dry, it's alright.
