Cody Banks (Muniz) seems like a typical teenager - he loves skateboarding, hates math, his mom drives him crazy, and he feels like a complete idiot around girls. But Cody has a really big secret even his family and best friends don't know: he's actually an elite undercover agent for the CIA. (MGM)

Agreeable riff on Bond movies and conventions is appealingly played by Muniz and Duff, and stages its action scenes with capable (if never distinguished) finesse. Its major problem is a mildly irritating lack of consistency in the Banks character himself – is he really a capable superspy, or a klutzy moron? (or do we have a Superman/Clark Kent situation) – while it might not seem important, it makes it difficult to properly connect with (or root) for the character which dulls the overall impact.

Another Spy Kids. There is too many of these films. Clearly the movie is directed to younger audience and i probably can't tell how good or bad this film is.

I barely remember this pointless, absurd movie, that in itself should be testament enough to its quality.

This was good. Great action scenes, funny, meant for a younger audience. I'm a fan of Hillary Duff. I recommend this movie.

In Agent Cody Banks, Malcolm in the Middle star Frankie Muniz plays a young man plucked from suburban obscurity to be trained as a CIA super-agent. His mission? Get friendly with his classmate Natalie ( Hilary Duff) so that he can uncover her father's diabolical scheme to create indestructible robots. To compound his problems, Cody also has to deal with the same stresses as any adolescent: nagging parents, insufferable classwork, and a fragile sense of self-esteem

Malcolm should have stayed in the middle, much less chance of being farted on.

Why is this so incredibly pervy? Why is Ian McShane in brownface? What the hell is Keith David doing? And again, why is this so pervy? The sheer number of bad sex jokes per minute boggles the mind, especially for what is essentially a kid's movie.

The only real upside to the movie was watching the hilariously impossible inventions work flawlessly, and let's not forget my hugely massive crush on Hilary Duff.

There was one worthwhile joke in this shit show and here it is: (Spoken over a loud speaker at the CIA headquarters) "Could the owner of a silver Astin Martin please come to the front desk, your headlights are on." There, now you have no reason to watch "Agent Cody Banks".

With a script idiot, bad performances, and a weak direction, is one of the worst films already made.

Oh, hey, that Spy Kids movie was pretty successful, let's make one, too. What kids are hot right now? Oh, yeah, Malcolm in the Middle kid. And that girl from that Disney channel show. What could go wrong?
