Elderly rock star struggles with health and his legacy. That's about it. The Last Waltz was perhaps a bit unfair to him/too focused on Robbie Robertson, but it's light years better than this jumbled mess.

This is a tough watch. A favorite musician of mine, in his end years. Inspiring in the sense that all he is, is music. Depressing in the sense that so much of his talent is lost to age, illness and behavior.

An entertaining, thoughtful portrait of an older celebrated musician during some of the last years of his life as he still performs and writes music while battling cancer. It was engaging, funny, and insightful documentary that makes you feel as if you knew Levon himself.
