The ever-economical Walt's quest to recycle his own frames of animation and other people's characters continues, as Alice continues to pal around with a cat that *totally* isn't named Felix, and has apparently also teamed up with a gang of kids bearing no relation whatsoever to Hal Roach's Rascals.
