Certainly has its moments, with the action scenes often more entertaining and humorous than the more explicitly comedic scenes. But there is something off-putting about the pacing of the film and the use of freeze frames and slow motion for often no clear purpose (Bray is at fault here). Mike Epps is too much at times as Reggie and Eva Mendes is underutilised as his girlfriend, but Tommy Flanagan is properly scary as the 'baddie'. Ice Cube as Buncum is, well, Ice Cube (that's a compliment).

While it's not really "good" I did find myself having a decent time. Mike Epps is pretty funny and makes the movie watchable. Ice Cube was fine as well. It's a standard action movie that can do a fine job of taking up a few minutes of your night.

this is my second pack of smokes today and i just quit ... that quote and ice cube as lead sum it up ... turned it off after ~30mins

Even though Mike Epps was more annoying than funny, most of the time, this was still an entertaining action movie. Nothing more, nothing less.
