Altitude

Young people screaming and yelling, a bloodied cleavage, a plot that makes no real sense and little if any suspense/horror. I liked the Lovecraftian touches at the end, but other than that, it wasn't really worth my time.

Watched this based on the poster alone, despite seeing bad reviews, because a movie about a giant killer sky-octopus is something I never knew I wanted so bad! But it's ruined by the stupidest, most obnoxious, most hateful cast of characters I've probably ever seen, dumb plot, & a completely inane "twist". Does have a decent looking monster.

It's OK. There are moments of good quality here, but it tends to run out of steam at times. This is like an episode of The Twilight Zone, and that's what it should have been. The thing is about an hour or so too long, but I will give it its due on the effects front. Some are fairly well done.

Five youngsters get into a plane and take turns at being hysterical while competing to see who's a thicker hothead. They scream and scream and scream, and in the end it turns into a different movie. I'm giving it a 1, but I'm sure if I knew squat about aviation I could give it a gleeful 0.

Okay set up, bad ending, but good acting by the lead chick though, she was doing great!

This movie honestly had something alright going for it before the inane twist; there were some cool Lovecraftian themes, a few clever references and some good use of cinematography to make up for the cheap suspense, lack of horror and sub-par plot. But then that mind-numbing plot twist reveals itself and it becomes a completely nonsensical time travelling movie and literally everything about the movie is ruined in one fell swoop. I don't think I have ever seen a movie crash and burn this hard.

Pretty weak psychological thriller, but definitely not as bad as it's made out to be. It's got some good photography, some good acting, just a poor twist in the ending.
