This movie had potential that was never quite captured. The character relationships amid the post-Katrina New Orleans backdrop was the most intriguing aspect. The ending just sort of fizzled.

Terrible story!! Whole movie was about Stephen Dorf drinking and doing drugs and occationally lifting things with his mind. The cgi was pretty good but it couldn't save this movie from the straight to dvd-basket!
