What the shit? If you read out the description of this film, then look at the casting, then add that this is somehow American Psycho canon, you easily get the most hilarious thing in at least the last few weeks. I wanted to give this points for Kunis being adorable, but this was so incredibly silly, my erection just didn't have the heart to type in any points. I did however give it 1 for microwavable pets.

First of all, the makers of this film never realized that Patrick Bateman didn't actually kill anyone. Secondly...its pretty much terrible and absolutely nothing like the masterpiece that is the first. However...there are a number of glimmers of potential for a scary mystery thriller here if the American Psycho name were removed, unfortunately it is obvious that nobody took this movie seriously and nobody cared. Just another shameless excuse for more money. On the plus side: Kunis & Shatner.

"I wanted to learn more about her mind, but all that remained were dental records." That line is the film's pinnacle. You have been warned.

While nowhere near the caliber of the original, I found it at least a good enough one time viewing. Odd casting choices all around make it extremely difficult to take serious.

The best, without doubt, of the movie was the kind of "pink panther" incidental music. I could not laugh more. The rest not worth a ticket for a theater.

Pretty terrible, but the worst thing about it was the soundtrack. A compilation of all the worst fucking songs I never heard before. Plus the most irritating, distracting incidental music. Take out the music, add in some good kill scenes (notably lacking; only the aftermath of the murders is shown), and this could've been entertainingly bad.

I wanted to enjoy this movie with a decent cast and mostly good performances, but the story is stretched to ridiculous limits by idiotic writing, poor story telling and bad direction. The constant emotionless voice over was so annoying. The story seems to just plod along to the end, and they pile on nonsense until you disconnect. Nothing convincing and nothing particularly good, although a few memorable moments. The casting, production quality and music was good but wasted on this.

It's terrible, but I'm shallow and Mila Kunis is pretty so... there's that.

In fairness the killing off of Patrick Bateman may be one of the biggest cinematic fuck yous since Emmerich in a hissy-fit made Siskel and Ebert comic relief in Godzilla.

Yup, terrible. Too bad, I love American Psycho and Mila Kunis, but this movie is not what you'd think/want it to be. It just sucked.

Crap! And not even in the same genre as American Psycho. This was really a comedy/thriller/horror in that order.

I can't recommend American Psycho 2, but if you disliked the first American Psycho, you might actually end up having more fun with its sequel. While the connection between the two is superficial at best, and there isn't a lot of depth, it's a competent slasher film with an interesting enough protagonist. And that's sufficient for me. At least I stayed awake the entire time, which is something I struggled with during American Psycho.

This movie's existence is extremely funny. Although I have to give it 12 points for Mila Kunis + inducing laughter along with all the headshaking, it truly is abjectly terrible.

As a sequel to American Psycho, or as a thriller in general, it's irredeemably terrible. As a target for alcohol-fueled mockery... it's still bad.
