This is the first time I get a look at a young Robin Padilla. The bad boy heartthrob of the Philippines. And you can see where the appeal comes from. This is action story that starts in the gutter and turns nastier. Calling it a good film might be a stretch, but it's a series of a cool and crazy ideas that takes advantage of his bad boy image. Doesn't waste any time being ridiculously violent!
