A cute movie. I can barely remember when it came out, but I kind of do. The previews were awesome.

The plot of Andre is a clone of the plot of every movie about kid with an comical and cute marine animal friend. See Flipper, and Free Willy. You may notice a a trend of cheese and sappiness that overwhelms even the strongest of wills. Let children watch it without your adult supervision, or you'll be sorry. Crap!

Well, besides the fact that in real life it was sea lion and not a seal (big difference) this is a harmless kids movie. Not horrible, but not one I'd out-right recommend.

It's a movie about a girl and her seal. How good can it be?

I saw this film when it was about an orca. Meh, it's not the worse kids' movie ever, but I don't much care for it.

I can't give this movie my seal of approval.
