Another Nice Mess

Little and Voland (as Nixon and Agnew) do excellent Laurel and Hardy impressions, but what should, at best, be a mildly amusing sketch is dragged out into a tiresome hourlong feature, which is neither particularly funny nor satirical, as the joke never really expands beyond simple imitation. Einstein’s few more creative and outrageous ideas become lost amid all the old-hat slapstick goofiness.
