My feelings about this movie can be expressed in one sentence - FVJHRLGHJGTIURETYFJKVNDLFVJNEWIOFHGKJNRGLANF. That is all.

Refreshingly light. There is a gay background but it does not take the spotlight. The movie is about people interaction, love and bakery. I loved it.

First, FOOD PORN. Beautiful shots of glorious french pastries that made my mouth water. The movie is fast paced with rapid editing, and suffers from a lack of coherent narration. Esp. the first half where scenes jump from one storyline to another without going into depth, hence create confusion. I assume it's because they wanted to cram the entire original manga into a relatively short running time. The second half slows down and introduces more drama. Now excuse me while I go buy some cakes.
