The night after I watched this I literally dreamt that I puked up my own brain.

A deep, penetrating dive into the plasma pool of the new flesh (long may it live), but Syd March is no Seth Brundle or Max Renn and Hannah Geist is no Ronnie Quaife or Nicki Brand. The intersection of consumer capitalism and biotechnology is certainly fertile ground for both critique and horror.

I picture David Cronenberg in the 80s guiding his son through the special effects lab and showing him the intestines and blood and dripping stuff and going "one day all of this will be yours"

Promising Debut for Brandon Cronenberg. I liked his twisted sci-fi ideas.
