Archenemy

This has a great premise, and for a (not-a-)-super-hero movie it's very creative in working within the constraints of a tight budget. The featured animated segments are admittedly limited, but they hold a lot of charm and are a great way to convey the supernatural elements and flashbacks. I'll take this sort of thing over half of what the MCU churns out any day. Frankly, it's just nice to see something a bit different.

Not bad for what must be a small budget. They try not to reveal too much and leave a lot unexplained, but I guess one can rationalise it is part of the style and that we are to stay as unsure of the truth as the Hamster character

Has the bones of a good meta sci-fi drama, but struggles to come together in an interesting way.
