Armored Car (1937) does have a lot of quirks, and calling it a good movie will probable be an exaggeration, but I kind of liked the oddness about it. Especially the weird character Irving Pichel was playing. Totally underwritten, but they gave it a go with organ music fetish and terrible genius.
