Mark Landis is a cheeky genius and a fantastic artist. Matt Leininger is pretty annoying and quite an asshole though

Landis is a fascinating character who serves as a pointy stick with which the filmmakers attempt to burst the pretentious art world's over-inflated bubble. However, they make the mistake of devoting too much screen time to the painfully ordinary and pompous Leininger, and the film falters badly whenever he's onscreen - as he's obviously desperate to be. Overall it's thought-provoking, and anyone interested in the little corner of the art world occupied by forgers would do well to check it out.

Fascinating character, great story, and decent access to people around him - and yet this didn't hold my attention at all. Probably would have been better in 20 minutes?

Fascinating story about and exceptional artist who takes some liberties with what he paints and where he displays his work. Well worth a look.
