As If I Didn't Exist

I'm partial to how Klaus Härö paints relationships and the scenery and the story of Elina standing up to her teacher is a pretty solid one. Bibi Andersson is great here as are the child actors. Love the setting a lot, very rural and beautiful. I think the main issue with this movie is that it doesn't try to be more daring because it makes you constantly feel like there could have been more, but it's still a decent glimpse into this bit of Finnish history.
