The movie is completely terrible and amazingly inept. Its not just one of those so bad its good movies; Its one of those so bad its bad again movies. The acting, directing, everything is poorly made and makes the film feel like both a parody of late '70s early '80s TV shows as well as seemingly taking itself seriously.
