Dean plays a gigantic prick, as usual. Jerry plays the bumbling but warm-hearted incompetent, as usual. Wacky hi-jinks ensue. Contains the regrettable line, "Even a concentration camp's gotta be better than this!"

After being the comic relief in a couple of pictures, Dean Martin & Jerry Lewis go solo, or duo rather, with At War with the Army (1950). A mockery of the army that doesn't go as zany as it could have. Instead it ends-up being a rather cozy comedy, especially with Dean Martin doing his thing, but naturally filled with stupidity too.

Some great bits here, but certainly not their best work.
