In the near future it's discovered that the dinosaurs did not die off, but instead live on near the center of the Earth. The evil lord Tyrannus uses the mutated dinosaurs descendents to attack Earth in his effort to rule the world. A herd of hyper-intelligent fire breathing dinosaurs from the center of the Earth attack the surface, forcing the mobilization of the Earth Defense Squad...which was apparently already in place in case of just such an eventuality. It's a hokey combination of guys in rubber dinosaur suits smashing model cities and cheap cel animation for the people, and seems to have been cobbled together using footage from an old Japanese TV show. Kinda fun for 20 minutes, then the formula just repeats itself.
