Certainly fascinating to delve a little into the world of medicine. Useful to have a term now, allopathy, to point to as a way to discuss the ideology of contemporary medicine. So much of what I witnessed here is antithetical to the cold and sterile environment of the hospital, but suggested some really important questions, like, could there be a role for 'touch' and massage in mental/physiological health? Should those categories be treated separately as we are inclined?
