Babylon 5: The Lost Tales

I liked these two stories, they would've made a couple of intersting B5 episodes. The problem is there's not enough in here to justify anything more than a slighly above average rating.

A last gasp for fans who never got their theatrical release dream. It isn't great but its not like it tarnishes the legacy of one of the most well written sci fi series ever.

Pretty good overall and nice to see the cast together again. Kinda wish they had just concentrated on one story instead of two which may have garnered more interest from non die-hard fans.

A decent pair of stories. If you are a Babylon 5 fan, this is perhaps better than nothing, but it is hardly enough to warrant a series reboot.

I love the show, but this is rank. They should have stopped back in 1999 :-(

Not good at all. CGI fanboys will probably love the newly-rendered models of B5 and the StarFuries, but that's really all this has going for it. The two stories are weaker than even the worst B5 episodes JMS might be a masterful storyteller, but he can't direct worth a damn. Long-form story arcs are all the rage in TV these days and JMS pioneered the concept. He needs to be given a new franchise or a B5 reboot to allow him to do what he does best, and no more things like this.
