Prison warden Jake Puloski (Rodney Dangerfield) feels dejected when the budget he's created for a grand prison renovation project is declined by his manager, Eli Rockwood (Randy Quaid). Unwilling to work in the dilapidated building any longer, Jake decides to turn the jail into a lavish country club instead. Will his risky plan work, or will he lose his job in the process?

Holy crap, would you look at that cast? Rodney Dangerfield, Ed Begley Jr., Randy Quaid, Paul Rodriguez, Kirstie Alley, Nell Carter, Gilbert Gottfried... If this movie was released in 1989, it would have cost $500,000,000 to make. Luckily in 2002, it only set the producers back a couple six-packs of Old Milwaukee Light.
