The pieces are there but they don't fit into a satisfying picture. Did the world miss out on something special? Yes, yes we did. Detective Kotto and DA Woods could've fleshed out a great relationship over the course of a tv season but it's too stilted here with the limited time provided. Don't take my word for it though. I thought the world missed out on something special when they went with Daniel Craig as James Bond instead of Lorenzo Lamas.

Great cast, but a bland and strictly generic treatment of the subject matter with what you might call a very Blue Lives Matter perspective on Black nationalism.
