Don't listen to people who tell you this is a rip-off of other flicks. While the references to Charlie Chaplin and The Notebook are obvious and nothing to shout about, the movie is as heart-warming as they come. It is almost diabetes-inducing sweet! The hero (Ranbir Kapoor) plays an outstanding role of the deaf & dumb character named Barfi! with decent contributions from the ladies. The fatso Saurabh Shukla as the policeman is an icing on the cake. PLEASE watch it :)
