Battle of the Damned

Decent special FX and a pretty good if unoriginal story. You can tell that it's lower budget but that actually kind of works here. The biggest down side here is is the horrible dialogue and bad acting from pretty much all involved. The best part for me has got to be how well the actual fights with the zombies are with kicking, punching, any weapon on hand is use to keep the zombies at bay which is a nice change from the usual run out of bullets zombies kill you without a fight.

I am apparently the market for these terrible CGI zombie films. Attach an action star, and I will probably watch it, regretting every moment while my precious Criterions collect dust on the shelf. Also, must every zombie film contain a scene where a friend gets infected, and then for a few minutes, a character has to consider whether they have to shoot their friend? Please, stop doing this.

The makers had the opportunity to name this one Killer Robots Versus Zombies, yet chose [Generic Action Movie Title]? Oh marketing team of straight-to-DVD nonsense starring a way too tired looking Dolph Lundgren, you so crazy.

Strange mix between a B movie and a seemingly expensive zombie movie. It even has a nice little surprise that complements the zombies theme just fine.

Another shitty zombie/robot movie.
