A personal meditation on post-Cold War Berlin, the film addresses Kramer's creative concerns and his relationship with his father (the Doc), who studied medicine in Berlin. The video was filmed in one room--an antiseptic, all-white bathroom complete with a television screening Kramer's Berlin images.
