This is a 90s movie that is quite hard to classify other than being shitty. It has a tone that is all over the place. It seems that no one behind the camera knows what they are trying to achieve. However it is far from predictable.

Awful writing. One of the most forgettable films I've seen in a while. The ensemble has zero chemistry. 5 points for being able to put me to sleep during a restless evening.
