When will black people realize that dressing up as a morbidly obese chick isn't funny? I believe it's films like these that we still have racists in the world. Jesus, you portray every negative thing about the black culture and people are supposed to laugh? It's why racists hate you! I would love to know how much it cost Martin Lawrence to sell his dignity and chop off his balls. Surely you have enough money by now you douche, stop populating the world with crap, it's ridiculous.

Could someone wake me up to a reality where movies like this don't get made.

Just an ordinnary sequel in which the basic concept of the first film really doesn't matter anymore. Made me smile a few times but that's it. And of course, again there's some sort of stupid happy ending scene where the family is now happy together, and they love big momma and everything's allright and there's a moralize and ... and ..

Big Momma's House 2 is a basic comedy that hits in places and doesn't really warrant much further consideration. I have watched this movie once before but even watching it this second time didn't warm me to the movie. It wasn't terrible by any means. The story was coherent. Some of the jokes were good. This might be the first appearance of Chloe Grace Moretz, which is always good. Usually sequels are made to build on what happened in the first movie; BMH2 didn't do that. It's just there.

Not so good like the previous one but still funny for me. The last 20 minutes were the best.

Dreary sequel has some silly lines which elicit a chuckle, but the film itself is so clumsily executed that anything that works is quickly subsumed into the morass. At least this time around, no effort is made to make Lawrence's Momma character anything other than a contrivance, but does *everyone* in the Big Momma universe have to be so relentlessly dumb and lacking perception? Wrapping everything up in cloying, Christian themed morality lessons is the final nail in the coffin.

After his mentor is killed, an FBI agent (Martin Lawrence) reprises his disguise as a fat old lady and takes a job as a nanny in a crime suspect's house. While working on the case, the agent diffuses a threat to homeland security and brings a fractured family closer together.

Ganske håbløs og elendig. Er skuespilerne virkeligt ikke klar over hvilket lort de er med til at indspille? Er der virkelig folk der tror på succes med en så ringe film? Jeg forstår det ganske enkelt ikke...

Ok. I'll admit it. I couldn't sit through the whole thing.

This is a bad movie. But it's partially redeemed by occasionally crossing into "so bad it's good" territory. It's just so cheap and dated. At some point Lawrence's idiotic "oooh's" just started cracking me up. Plus it has Ainsley Hayes as hot mom.

I don't remember the first part, but this movie is ok as a stand-alone too. It's a pity they didn't show more about his family soon-to-be-erlanged, it'd be also interesting. Big Momma acts here like some sort of a superhero. He/she also says a lot about family values. It's still a comedy, but one can learn a lot from it. The older daughter's clothes are cool. One of the best scene is Bingo game, together with beach running and dogs' dressers camouflage.

I know saying "[x] makes [y] look like [cinematic masterpiece]" is old hat, but Big Momma's House 2 seriously makes Big Momma's House 1 look like Fanny and Alexander.

A comedy that does not work very well. The performances are bad and the story is very weak. Do not recommend.
