Bless the Beasts & Children

There are some moments in this film that are a little cringe worthy, but the allegorical story of the buffalo plays well as an anti-Vietnam war statement. Some of the child actors are a little wooden, but Billy Mumy and Miles Chapin both carry themselves well in their roles.

Stanley Kramer is better when he doesn't try to do too much. This is a pleasant little film
