Blood for a Silver Dollar

Spaghetti muito inferior aos Damiani, Leone, Corbucci e Sollima da mesma década... Decepcionante.

A run-of-the-mill spaghetti. A competent but largely uninteresting film.

Decent early spaghetti western which is competently directed by Ferroni. It has pretty good production values, but lacks the grittier elements of the later entries in the genre; Gemma is also too clean cut for my liking. No real high points, but no low points either. It starts to lag a bit and could have been trimmed. This was very successful at the box office and IMO overrated. Stewart is playing the thankless wife role.
