If you want to watch a movie, and laugh your dick off the entire time, please watch this. It sucks, but it's so good, and if you don't understand that review...don't watch.

I really enjoyed this when I first watched this the first time 10 years ago, this time around not so much.

It was a terrible decision to make this a broken-English language production. There could be a totally average movie in here somewhere but it needs to be completely re-edited. Here's a great example of how to fail at managing multiple timelines.

Kind of a spiritual sequel/prequel to JCVD's "Bloodsport" and, like that film, is best enjoyed in combination with mind-altering substances. The garishly costumed gang of Japanese street toughs (led by a white dude) has to be seen to be believed! I laughed, cheered and yelled things like 'It's Bolo Time!' through the entire runtime.

Must-see bad movie.
