It does an excellent job of presenting the current problems with humanity's usage of water. It illustrates why the problems are present, both naturally and politically, as well as steps that can be taken in order to correct the problem. I do have to admit I was a bit off put that it advocates some corporate farming solutions. Still, it's worth seeing because the vast majority of the documentary is very well presented.

The issues addressed by Sam Bozzo in this documentary are troubling and vitally important. The work is earnest and impassioned. It's also clumsy and occasionally self-contradictory. Bozzo builds in a few construction conceits--most notably a classroom wall he keeps returning to--that pointlessly distract from the value of the information provided. Like a lot of documentaries, it suffers from a pronounced disparity between the value of its topic and the prowess of its filmmaking.
