Lot's of nice shots of Iceland but terribly boring.

It's possibly helpful (albeit not useful) knowing that Bokeh describes the photographic blur due to being out-of-focus. Monroe & O'Leary make a boring couple. He's defined by his pretentiously old-fashioned camera; she by her religious upbringing. They shallowly discuss philosophies as they drift apart, in a film that's more concerned with capturing moments than living them but failing to do either. I went to Reykjavik that year, and the most impressive facet was emptying those locations.

A big nothing of a movie. Nothing is considered, nothing is learned, nothing evolves, nothing is pondered about.

Rather mediocre despite some striking images of Icelandic landscapes. The end of the world here is that we have to watch the most boring couple ever fighting and trying to make in an empty land.
