Man, did a movie called 'Cyborg Girl' seriously manage to get me all sentimental? Thought the film was a bit uneven throughout, but the final ten minutes brought it to a whole other level with several strange twists. It doesn't just have a great ending going for it, though--it's also highly inventive and pretty gosh darn funny at times. Good to see Stresemann in another hilarious role; everything he does in this is gold. Also a good-lookin' movie. And very sweet. Aww.

A bit dull in beginning with quite some scenes making no sense. But then it gets better. In the end, it's great.

One of my fav romance (com?) movies - note plot involves time travel and there are plot holes because of that, just ignore them and go with the flow IMO. Also synopsis here is only to mid-movie (and the ending arc is wonderful) also misses a key point- would be a spoiler anyway - a movie that is better the less plot you know. The 2 leads do well and they have chemistry together-imperative for a romance. CGI is better than average for Asian movies of this time. Plot very well told. Watch this.

Top badass moment? The cyborg girl. Because she's basically been programmed to be badass. And no offence to anyone, but I'd rather have her looking after me than Arnie, although it would be tougher to choice between her and the Summer Glau Terminator; but I guess I'm unlikely to ever need to make that decision. So it's back to Tinder I guess. 1 cat, no chainsaws or decapitations. Jiro's pet cat Raoul puts in an excellent performance; his eating from the dish is especially nuanced and controlled.
