Border G-Man (1938) is a perfectly serviceable George O'Brien style western. Meaning it has plenty of time to be charming while also having time for a little of that battling cowboy-ism. This is mostly shenanigans luring the crooks thinking he's on their side while a bunch of dames are tangled in that web of fraud. Not the most thrilling of his series of westerns, but it only has to keep one awake an hour and it did that, barely.
