I'm not a horse lover or a gambling man, and the love chemistry between Warner Baxter and Myrna Loy was kind of phooey, so there wasn't that many focus point that would keep my interest up. But it was a pleasant film in it's popcorny way. Mostly with the supporting actors bringing the happy feel and saving this movie from being a total waster. Not often one see establish leads like this bring so little to the plate and get outshone by the small parts to such a degree.
