The famous escape from the authority in the secret rich men club. The beginning was not that funny.

While I don't find Harold Lloyd as laugh out loud funny as either Charlie Chaplin or Buster Keaton he can't be beat for physical humor. This was my first Harold Lloyd film and while I didn't laugh the stunts were truly impressive.

The standard length for Harold Lloyd's comedies finally jumps from one reel to two, and this one fills up the space pretty well. The big police raid at the end is the best part. Also, I'm sure some antique collectors will be both thrilled and dismayed to see just how much abuse a typewriter from the 1880s or so can withstand.
