A low-key character-study that's underdeveloped and is relying on its one-hit wonder that's R.Carlyle; his performance is so solid that I'd like to like the whole album a lot more than I do. *Preview*: #13#, exp-3*, story, (reviews), R.Carlyle/4-2, R2.
