The movie from hell. So cliched and stereotyped it made me sick. Luckily it wasn't realeased in many theatres so not many people saw it.

It was great to see a portrayal of a section of teen life we almost never see realistically on screen . . . but it would have helped if the songs were better and the gay kid were cuter.

I wanted to love this film... its just it was a little too dramatic. The musical scenes are well-done and the kids are talented. I just found the drama pretty stupid and too much of the "he said, she said".

The music is about all this movie has going for it.

A funny and emotional independent film that brings back the exciting days of summer camp. While the acting and even the script seem a bit raw at times, overall it's a fun story with great music and energy.

This film is one giant unapologetic cliché. It hopes the audience will forgive this fact simply because it's fun. Well this audience member ain't biting. The plot does nothing unique; it just flails around every few minutes. The characters are entirely 1-dimensional and their problems remind me of my year in 4th grade. What saves this from being the worst film I've ever seen isn't just Anna Kendrick being fantastic, but a little depth added to the ending. Too little too late.

The only decent actor was Anna Kendrick. Pathetic script. There were maybe 2 good moments in the whole film. That's 1hr50min I wish I could get back.

Is Camp a good movie? I'm not sure. It has a target audience that will love it, and for anyone else, it's watchable but nothing much more. There's a charm to it that will keep most people interested, even if its ensemble cast and multiple storylines aren't handled particularly well. These characters are interesting, and if you find yourself getting attached to one, there's a good chance that none of the film's flaws will matter. Camp isn't great, but I can appreciate what it wanted to do.

This not about "American Pie"-like band camp, but about more realistic talent camp. Basically everybody have lots of talent and they show it on different ways. Feel-good movie with lots of music.
