Unexciting, rather detached tale, allegedly "based on a true story".

A young girl coming of age is fascinated by an older man. He is strange, and that captivates her interest. They fall hopelessly in love and indulge in romantic fantasies about escaping to be together. Frustrateed by their situations, they plan an escape by suicide. Based on a true story, the sad and pathetic ending was rather unsatisfying. Isild Le Besco was interesting and convincing.
