Leslie Fuller style of comedy is a bit too simple. He's a big man who make faces and here they put him at sea coming up with an expected scenario of wet falls. Doesn't exactly translate into a great comedy, but if one is in the mood for a light comedy by a forgotten British funny man then Captain Bill (1935) might be worth a look.
