In Paris, Alex meets two girls: Fred, with whom he falls in love, and Sylvia, a young lady who is both tender and lost. Fred then organizes a bizarre game of seduction, leading Alex to truly desire Sylvia. But the trap closes on Fred. She succumbs to the charm of Alex. This sudden passion scares Alex, while Sylvia takes a liking to the game.
