God help me if this doesn’t bring together two of my movie Kryptonites – cute animals and groaner puns; make that three Kryptonites if you count self referential cameos; with Bassey singing the title credits number, and Moore as a smoothly sinister counterspy, this shows a bemused affection for the Bond films leading to a likable send-up, though any edge is blunted for the purpose of appealing to the kiddies. Decent performances by all, vocal and otherwise, make this surprising fun to watch.

But every time you start to warm up to the tale, these fuzzy creatures say or do something a bit off color. So if this Cats & Dogs sequel begs its way into your family's entertainment schedule, you should plan to field repeated requests for a cuddly new pet--along with questions about kitty drugs, doggie do, doggie pick-up lines and Sir Licksalot, too. While as ridiculous and overacted as the first, it's a worthy sequel.

CGI animals make funnies. Basically 90 minutes of someone animating a 10-second comedy strip. But still better than the Garfield movie. There's a few decent gags along the way, but it's mostly poop.

"Like all unimaginative filmmakers that don't know what to do with 3D technology, director Brad Peyton subordinates all action in the movie to the tech he's working with." - Simon Abrams

Family comedy in which cats and dogs must unite to defeat the fiendish Kitty Galore, a former cat spy gone rogue. "...the jokes fly fast and furious along with the fur.... you may find yourself laughing the whole way through... for grown-ups, kids, dogs, cats whoever's watching, there's enough here to keep them entertained.

Entertaining, but hate the voice cast.
