Enjoyed this Durango Kid episode more than most. One of the reasons was that they had the unlikely cowboy Billy Halop as part of the plot. The Dead End kid wasn't the most believable guy you'll see in a saddle, but was effective as the softer touch of a range war. Up-against the cowboy hero, I ended-up appreciating Charles Starrett more as a credible looking horse man. On top of that, Smiley Burnette got some good bits.
