Chandni Bar

Intentions are good. Not an exploitation film. Acting is good overall. But in the end did the film succeed? It did show the other-human side of the women who sell their body for money.. It did show the not-so-fortunate people in our society and the vicious cycle they are caught in. But it also showed the dark side of crime, violence and how the law enforcing authorities are weaved into it. I guess this film suffers from the problem of trying to say too much and not focusing on what is important.
