Chariot

If you are reading this review, it means the government has kidnapped me and put me on a plane, supposedly because of my ability to make mildly amusing comments on films only mildly amusing people would ever think of viewing--a skill I've been told is absolutely necessary in the post-apocalyptic future. Like Spleen said in his review, this movie comes without a typical ending. But I ask you this: does a movie need an ending to be understandable? Does a subject need a predicate to be--

Not enough here to recommend. It has a couple of okay ideas but the story beats are mostly picked apart well in advance and the cast leaves a bit to be desired. Very little tension for a suspense movie.

Quite an interesting premise with poor execution, but with a budget of $42,000, one can't expect a lot. It's possible that if this were made today that the script could be run through ChatGPT to greatly improve it. I do really wish this movie had an ending.

An intriguing scenario, good pacing and excellent acting can't overcome the fact that there's no ending. Spoiler alert: there's no ending!
